This workshop is designed to help attendees:
Consider their leadership identity as it stands right now, but also how they want to be seen as a leader by the end of the year
Reflect on their personal core values (not those of their organisation). What matters most to them, what are their non-negotiables?
Identify signature behaviours of the identity and values they're after, and how they can incorporate these in practical terms immediately.
Assess the signal strength for their desired leadership identity, and hone in on the weakest ones.
Decide ways to boost audience impact and what one bold move they'll make a priority.
This isn't a 'sit down and listen' workshop - it's an invitation to get up, get creative and take intentional steps to assess and evolve their personal leadership brand.
