Meet Elsie Green

Growing a client base without breaking the bank can feel impossible but Elsie Greenjordan is proof it isn’t. This belief led her to found Elsie Green Consulting, where she helps service-based professionals scale sustainably through strategic personal branding and network-driven growth.

Raised by entrepreneurial parents who ran a multi-million-pound, international agricultural research company, Elsie was immersed early in the world of business. She spent her formative years learning alongside some of the UK’s leading business minds before the business was taken over by Dyson. She learned two critical lessons, the power of personal branding and the importance of building and leveraging a strong network.

By the age of 25, these skills propelled Elsie into leading the marketing strategy for a large St. James’s Place wealth management practice. She played a key role in helping the firm’s expansion to become one of the founding partners of St. James’s Place Dubai operation.

For the past 18 months, Elsie has worked as the founder and lead consultant of Elsie Green Consulting, helping financial advisers and other service-based professionals attract high-ticket clients, without spending a penny on paid advertising.

Meet Matt Davies

I began my career 20 years ago in graphic design but soon moved from execution into strategy and branding. I was always frustrated with being asked to create design veneers which were not in-line with reality. In a quest for truth and determined to make a real difference I took my design and creative skills into the boardroom to help businesses think differently about their brands.

I've founded and ran my own design business for 9 years. Sold it. Helped run a Digital Marketing Agency. Led an in-house team for a global corporate. Written a book. Worked with hundreds of clients all over the world from startups through to large corporates including brands like Microsoft, Nestle, Boots, Virgin, Specsavers, Capital One, Nikon, Fred Perry and Experian. Spoken at all sorts of business events. United, excited and delighted my clients to create positive change which affects their bottom lines.

Today my quest for helping businesses find and live their brand truth continues.

Meet Chris Allbones

Helping Businesses Cut Through the Noise & Build Marketing That Works.
Marketing shouldn’t be a guessing game. I help businesses develop clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable results - without the jargon, fluff, or overpromises.

From Frustrated Marketer to Strategy-First Growth Partner
After years of seeing businesses waste time (and money) on marketing that didn’t connect, I founded drumBEAT to change that. Strategy should be more than just a PowerPoint presentation - it should be embedded into every part of your business. That’s why we don’t just advise, we execute, making sure every marketing effort actually moves the needle.

Meet Emma Easton

Too many founders think their first funding round will give them an opportunity to test the market - using investor cash to validate their product, service or tech. That’s backwards. Validation should happen before the money hits the bank.

Once you’ve raised, the clock is ticking. Every pound should be building traction, growth and investor confidence - not fuelling scattergun marketing experiments.

That’s where we come in.

I work with founders (and the investors backing them) to unbollox their marketing. Together we identify the market segments that matter, focus spend where it counts, and build strategies that deliver clarity, growth and trust.

Proof? One founder we worked with cut ad spend by 80%, while tripling leads and growing sales fivefold - all by targeting the right audience instead of everyone.

If you’re serious about turning funding into momentum, not waste, DM me.

Otherwise… it’s just bollox.

Meet Laurey Buckland

Laurey Buckland is a former journalist and English teacher turned storytelling strategist.

Using her signature StoryLed™ method, she helps founders and CEOs build storytelling systems that scale their voice, influence, and visibility, without losing their soul.

Combining journalistic curiosity with strategic messaging insight, Laurey helps leaders translate their lived experience into stories that connect, convert, and build legacy.

At a time when marketing budgets are tightening and visibility still drives growth, Laurey shows that you don’t need a bigger team to make a bigger impact; you just need to tell better stories.

Her work helps leaders rediscover the power of their own voice, build trust through authenticity, and elevate their personal brand above the noise. Because there’s nothing more persuasive or more profitable than being unmistakably yourself.
